The famous Lee Gang Ju is one of three representative spirits of the Joseon Dynasty. The main ingredients of distillation are Pear (Lee) and Ginger (Gang), along with tumeric, cinnamon, and honey. These specific ingredients, all thought of as having medicinal properties, help with sobering up and detoxing the liver. Lee Gang Ju starts with a spicy scent of cinamon and wraps the taste buds with the crisp and mild sweetness of the pear and ginger.
